We offer a fast creation of Moulding Tools as prototype tools made of aluminum (Soft Tolls) or small series tools with loose parts.

We create production tools made of hardened steel with hot runner technology and complex demoldings as collapsible core or boring bars. Here we use conformal cooling and carbon dioxide cooling.
